Payments
Through the well-known and widely used system PayPal, GarnGalleriet accepts a wide range of international and local credit cards. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential credit card and personal information using 128-bit SSL — the highest level of commercial encryption currently available.
You don't need to have a PayPal account to pay with your credit card through them.
PayPal also allows for bank-funded payments. Use the shopping cart built into the website to make your purchase, checkout, and follow the instructions on PayPal. GarnGalleriet doesn't get access to your credit card number.
Your goods will be sent when I get a message from PayPal that your payment has gone through.
Shipping
All items are sent with PostDanmark, as letters if possible. I usually send mail twice a week. If you buy more than 1 or 2 items, the shop-system will automatically add up the shipping costs. However, you'll never get to pay more than the actual shipping cost. I'll review your order and make a refund to you if you have paid too much for the shipping.
By default, I send everything as normal letter-mail, which means that Garngalleriet cannot be held resposinble for lost items.
If desired, I'll send goods as insured package. The extra cost will be at the buyer's expense.All customs charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Return policy
I hope you like my goods, but if you by any chance are not satisfied with your purchace you have 14 days to return it to me. I'll then make a refund of what you paid in the first place (the cost of the item and the shipping from here to you), but the shipping cost for the return will be on your own expence.
If the item you recieve is faulty or in any way damaged, please get in touch. I can't be held resposible for damage that happens while the package travels from me to you, but if you believe that the item has flaws in other ways please send me a note. I'll be happy to help any way I can.
